Shaheen Naikpay works as an IT HelpDesk Technician at BetterHelp in Mountain View, California, He has over a decade of experience in IT working in different organizations. Before working at BetterHelp, He was working as IT Engineer at SHELL in San Francisco. Before moving to California, Shaheen held a position as IT Project Manager with DynCorp International in Kabul, Afghanistan for 5 years. He is also very fond of working as a volunteer, Shaheen is currently volunteering with CodeWeekend as a mentor and Operations Manager. He was also volunteering with TEDxKabul as community manager, Startup Weekend Kabul as community Leader & organizer, Internet Governance Forum as IT system administrator. Shaheen also holds a black belt in Taekwondo and trained for over a decade. He has a true passion to teach, share and inspire people. He also loves to travel, read books and go on adventures.
